#WorldRhinoDay

The Tusk Rhino Trail is a London wide art installation aimed to draw attention to the severe threat of poaching to dwindling rhino populations.  Each rhino has been specially designed and decorated by internationally renowned artists.

While visiting them I was reminded of my experience playing Michael Harris (above) in the award winning ‘lived’ documentary, Horn, which creatively investigates the issue of rhino poaching by focusing on anti-poaching units in South Africa’s Waterberg region.

According to the British Foreign & Commonwealth Office: “In the last 40 years, the world has lost 95% of its rhinos”.
